Collaborative Effort between Kiwanis Club of Polk City and Time to Shine Car Wash

Kiwanis International and UNICEF joined forces to tackle iodine deficiency disorders, achieving one of the most significant public health successes of the 20th century. Now, they are eliminating maternal and neonatal tetanus (MNT) from the face of the Earth. And in doing so, the project will reach the poorest, most neglected mothers and babies with additional lifesaving health care. The end of this one disease means the beginning of better health for so many families. Time to Shine Car Wash at 301 Sandpiper Ct. in Polk City will be donating all proceeds from customers' use of their air machine to the Kiwanis Club of Polk City to then be donated to the ELIMINATE project of Kiwanis International. The cost for the use of the Time to Shine Car Wash air machine is 50 cents, and all proceeds will benefit the ELIMINATE project with the goal of eliminating maternal neonatal tetanus from around the world. We hope you will help us with this goal by using the Time to Shine Car Wash air machine!
